Q:When trying do download from a direct download link, I get a page not found.

A:This can be for many reasons actually. Some of the files are hosted on user created ftp servers with a max amount of users. If this number is reach you will be brought to a not found page. So keep trying. That video host could be down for some reason, always try back. If all else fails please drop me a note in the messageboard and let me know what video it is.

Q:My Downloads are really slow! Help!

A:The FTP server is a muilt-homed server. This means their is more then one connection to the server. You can try one of the other IPs if one is not providing enough bandwith at the moment.  

Q:Do I need any software to play my new videos?

A:I recommend you using microsoft media player for best results. For MPEG2/SVCD vidoes you need dvd software, like powerdvd. If you have a hardware decoder you can also use that. You can visit www.vcdhelp.com to get special codecs to work with windows media player so it can play svcd and vob formats.

Q:I gotten the ftp password  to log in by clicking the banner, but for some reason I canit log in!

A:This could be for many reasons. Check the server status page. The time out setting is set for 1min. So if you enter a wroung password by mistake, wait atleast 1 min before trying to log in. If you do not the server will see your IP as being logged on, and after so many attempts it will ban you.  If you log on with a ftp client, try to use your browser. If you use a browser, use a ftp client. For your FTP client, connect using ASCII. Any other transfer method will not allow logins. I have had many users not able to connect, but once they play with settings in their FTP client, it then works. If you still can not connect, the problem is on your side.

Q:I emailed Matt, but he still has not responded yet. 

A:I get alot of mail everyday and I do read every single message, but I just dont have time to respond to it. Questions about this site should be posted in the message board.
